Is there a limit on play time?

On peak days, we run 3 timed play sessions per day: 9.15am - 11.30am / 12 - 2.30pm / 3pm - 5.30pm.

On off-peak days we run 2 timed play sessions per day: 9.15am - 1.15pm / 1.30pm - 5.30pm.

Customers can pre-book onto one of these time slots in advance via our website in order to secure their space on the desired time session. We advise pre-booking for both peak and off peak days as this is the only guarantee of getting in to sessions. We have a limited number of tickets available on the door for sale, however these are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
At the end of each session, all customers will be required to exit the play barn in order for us to clean all areas in preparation for the next group to enter for their booked session.

Can I get a refund on my tickets if we can't make it?

Please email us on sproutsplaybarn@milletsfarmcentre.com prior to the start of your booked session to inform us you can't make it and we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another date and time to suit you (subject to availability).

We are unable to offer refunds on any bookings or group members unable to attend a session, but will endeavor to transfer the entire booking if you contact us before the start of the session.

Can I leave and re-enter the play barn throughout the session with the same ticket?

Your Sprouts admission ticket allows you play on the specific time session and date of your booking only. Due to all there is to explore within Sprouts, we envisage all our customers wanting to spend the duration of their session inside.

If however individual group members need to leave during their booked time slot to visit other areas of Millets Farm briefly and then wish to return into the play barn, our staff will allow this in particular circumstances, so please speak to them on site during your visit. A receipt or online booking reference may be required to be seen to leave and re-enter.

Can I bring a pushchair in?

We do allow pushchairs to be brought into the play barn, however there is a £1.00/£1.50 fee for doing so. We do have a lovely pram stable located outside but undercover where pushchairs can be left free of charge or the car park is located adjacent to the playbarn. Car seats are welcome.

We have a fee due to health and safety and capacity limitations, as we are required to try to restrict the number of pushchairs in the play barn at any one time. Cleanliness is a top priority at Sprouts so by reducing the amount of prams that enter we also reduce the amount of mud!!

Can I bring my own food into Sprouts?

As we have Rose Cottage Café located inside the play barn, serving a variety of delicious snacks, hot and cold food, you are not permitted to bring in your own food to the play barn.

We are also keen to ensure the enviroment is safe for those with allergies and as a result, we cannot verify food items brought in by customers. If your child suffers from a severe allergy (nut or cealiac), please make our team aware and they will be able to confirm whether this is allowed into the premises. Please note, this policy is for severe allergies, not intolerances.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Can I book onto 2 time sessions in one day and stay for the duration of these?
